Join us for our Fall 2018 Coaching Group - Just in time for the holidays!

This virtual coaching group will give you the knowledge, skills, and tools to heal your relationship with food and your body. In this five-week series, you will learn how to:
 

  • Enjoy holiday food, without feeling crazy, obsessed, or worrying about weight gain

  • Eat when you're hungry and stop when you're satisfied

  • Abolish the barriers that keep you from having a peaceful relationship with food and your body

  • Eat mindfully and feel satisfied with less

  • Trust your body to be your guide

Group coaching sessions are conducted virtually in the comfort of your own home.
